Ask Cole to watch your inbox for a delivery or a status change and he tells you when the email arrives. Works with a connected Gmail account, so shipping notices and order updates reach you in the chat without you checking mail.
When you ask Cole to find something to buy, he researches the options first and then sends three product cards with a photo, the price and how well each one sells. You pick a number and he takes it from there.
Cole reacts to your message while he looks something up instead of leaving you waiting, says plainly when he is unsure or could not check something, and ends with one concrete offer rather than a list of questions.
Long tasks such as comparing prices across two stores no longer hold up the conversation. Cole says he is on it, works in the background, and reports back in the same chat with screenshots and links when he is done.
Cole can now sign in to your accounts three ways: a one-time drop link where you type a login straight into his encrypted vault so the chat never sees it, a phone-number login where Cole enters your number and you reply with the code, and a live hand-off that shows his browser on your phone so you log in yourself for Google, Apple, Facebook and captchas. A Sign in for Cole button with a QR code is on the dashboard.
Cole searches, compares and adds to cart inside your own account at the store, with your own card, points and delivery addresses. Results come as product cards with a photo and price, and every purchase still stops at an approval code that you type.
A watch on a store, airline or bank page now checks through your own signed-in browser profile, so pages that only load after login can be watched too.
Send Cole a photo of a bill, invoice, toll notice, fine or receipt. He reads the facts, proposes what to do, and does it after you say yes. Payments still need an approval code.
When a new workspace connects, Cole's first message opens with what he learned about your business and three things he can do for you right away.
Short, plain messages get answered faster, and Cole keeps less stale page content around between turns, which makes long browser sessions quicker as well.
Cole now has his own browser with one profile per person. He stays signed in between requests and can fill forms, make bookings and check out on sites that have no app or API. Available on paid plans.
Store a card once. Cole gets to the checkout, tells you the exact total, and pays only after you reply with the approval code. A monthly spending cap and a list of every payment keep you in charge.
Ask Cole to tell you when a price drops or a page changes and he checks on his own and messages you the moment it happens. An iOS Shortcut can also trigger him, for example when you arrive home.
Share a location pin and Cole finds places nearby or arranges a delivery to where you are. Cole only knows a location when you share one; there is no live tracking.
Share a 1Password vault with Cole and he signs in to those sites himself, including sites that send one-time codes. Logins stay in your vault, not in the chat.
Earn cash commissions, not just credits, for referrals. The new affiliate page has a real-time tracking dashboard.
Post about Cole on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or LINE and get paid. Payout tiers per platform are based on impressions, in credits or cash.
